Covergaze Border Collies on Oahu

Covergaze is a small hobby Kennel in Waimanalo . We breed for type, temperament and working ability. Our border collies are highly trainable and make excellent companions. We believe in quality over quantity. Our foundation dogs are from the top kennels in America. We are eternally grateful to Frank Baylis of Bayshore Kennels and Stacy Einck-Paul of Avatar Kennels for sending us such amazing dogs. Why consider a Border Collie from Covergaze?

All of our breeding dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club and are Champions of record. We believe in health testing and participating in Border Collie databases that identify and track the health of the breed. Our dogs all have sound minds and good quiet temperaments. Border Collies by nature have the drive to work livestock. We do not breed for prey drive.

As your breeder, we are always available to answer your questions, to educate you about border collies, and to help you navigate pet ownership. Happy owners make for happy dogs and happy dogs make our lives better.  

What we expect from puppy buyers

Provide a safe, clean and loving environment for the puppy, a fenced yard with plenty of shade, quality food and fresh water, lots of exercise, regular vet visits, vaccinations and monthly parasite prevention medication. Attend obedience or Canine Good Citizen classes. Commit to being this dog’s best friend for life.
